Associate Centre Manager

Purpose of the role

Associate Centre Manager/ Centre Manager assists in the seamless operations of the Clinic. They will assist
in the performance of all patient care responsibilities including: appointment scheduling, patient check-in
and checkout process, patient record management and filing, reconciliation of cash and cheque deposits and
completion of the end-of-day close processes.
Associate Centre Manager/ Centre Manager supervises the clinical team and reviews team performance.
They will ensure the facilitation of the smooth flow of patients to ensure minimum patient waiting time. They
will work within a multi-disciplinary setting and communicate effectively to the internal and external
stakeholders. They will also manage and lead the team of Prosthetists and Orthotists, Patient Care Executive,
Technicians and maintain a smooth delivery of clinical services and contributes to development of clinical

The Associate Centre Manager/ Centre Manager reports to the Regional Director / Director.


• Plans and operates within the approved budget
• Provides justification for budget variances and owns action plan to reduce/eliminate the variance
• Creates, initiates and evaluates improvements to better utilize material and components
• Participates actively in overall cost management programs
Clinic Operations
• Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals
• Interprets updated work protocols and procedures to the team
• Reviews clinician team schedule and plans work schedule for clinics along with the team
• Ensures established inventory standards for all material, equipment and components
• Coordinates the procuring of office supplies, equipment, material, components with the concerned
functional teams to ensure the timely availability
• Facilitates timely repairs and proper functioning of office and workshop/lab
• Ensures all documents, reports, records, trackers are updated real time and furnishes them as per
• Problem solves effectively
• Maintains a safe patient and work environment
Leadership & Team Building
• Counsels, defines roles and sets goals concurrently with team members
• Provides on the job coaching and assists with development planning of the team members
• Assists with on-going performance evaluations, guidance and development of team members
• Encourages attendance to continuing education opportunities and knowledge sharing
• Understands and educates team members on company policies and procedures
• Models strong work ethic, can-do attitude and self-starter behaviors

Minimum Educational Qualification

Bachelors in Prosthetics and Orthotics
Registration under Rehabilitation Council of India

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum years of experience – Minimum of 7+ years
